For Domestic Orders:

Natural Stone Bracelet Warranty Program:

• 6 months warranty
• Available on all Magsnap & Elastic Products
• Warranty will include Closure mechanism and magnets gluing (not rust), string/elastic.
• Warranty will not include Scratches/Dents on closure, it will not include fading/scratches/dents on stones due to daily use.
• Warranty will not include Rusting of the Magnets.
• We charge a reverse pickup fee of Rs.99, you can alternatively ship it back to us to avoid this fee.

Stainless Steel Warranty Program:

• 6 months warranty
• Available on all Men’s SS products
• Available on all Women’s personalised/ laser-etched SS products/ Mangalsutra and Selective Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings and Earrings
• Warranty will include Anti-fade, Anti-Rust, Closure mechanism
• Warranty will not include scratches, or dents due to daily use
• Customers will be responsible for shipping the product back to us or we can help them get it picked up at Rs.99.
